TERMS

For a one-time flat fee of $100.00 USD, 757TECH.PRO will:

• Build a high-performance, one-page website based on the logo and brand details you submit.
• Deliver the site within 24 hours of confirmed payment. The 24-hour clock starts only after we receive your submission AND you complete payment through Stripe.
• Deploy the live site to a free Netlify subdomain (e.g., yourbrand.netlify.app).
• Provide the complete source code (Astro / React / Tailwind) via GitHub repository or ZIP download.

Your site is hosted on Netlify under our managed account. It will remain live and deployable for 6 months from the delivery date, guaranteed.

During this window:

• You may request up to two (2) minor content updates (text or link changes) at no extra charge.
• You may download or clone the source code at any time.
• You may request that we transfer the Netlify site to your own Netlify account at any time.

You are never locked in. From the moment we deliver your site, you have everything required to deploy it independently:

• Complete source repository with package.json, build scripts, and README.
• Static-site output compatible with any modern host (Netlify, Vercel, Cloudflare Pages, GitHub Pages, AWS S3, etc.).
• Instructions for connecting your own custom domain.

If you choose to self-host immediately, the $100 flat fee still applies as the design-and-build cost. There is no refund for opting to self-host early.

The 24-hour turnaround timeline works like this:

• Step 1 — You submit the order form with your logo and brand details.
• Step 2 — 757TECH.PRO reviews your submission and sends a Stripe payment link to the email you provided.
• Step 3 — You pay the $100 flat fee through Stripe.
• Step 4 — Once payment is confirmed, the 24-hour clock starts. We build and deploy your site.

The delivered site includes one (1) revision round within 48 hours of delivery. Revision scope is limited to color tweaks, text corrections, and link updates. Structural or scope changes may require a new engagement.

After you submit the form, we review your details and send a Stripe payment link to your email. Payment is due in full before work begins. We accept all major credit cards through Stripe-secured transactions.

• Full refund if we fail to deliver a live site within 72 hours of confirmed payment and assets.
• Partial refund (50%) if you cancel before we begin building.
• No refund once the site has been delivered and approved, or after the revision window closes.

You retain full ownership of your logo, brand name, trademarks, and any copy or imagery you provide.

Upon delivery and full payment, you are granted an unlimited, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and deploy the website code we build for you. We retain the right to reuse general UI patterns, animation techniques, and structural components across other client projects.
